B⋮CONNECT is the most complete remote vessel monitoring solution available in the market. It is not just another boating app. B⋮CONNECT is a remote monitoring feature of Böning's professional vessel alarm and monitoring system, offering unlimited capabilities for each individual vessel demand.

HOW DOES IT
WORK
The B⋮CONNECT Gateway must be installed onboard the vessel, communicating with the existing vessel monitoring system (Böning or third-party) and with the internet (via 4G or the boat LAN switch). Data is transmitted to B⋮CONNECT Cloud Service and immediately becomes available for the user to access via PC/Laptop browser, cellphone, or tablet. (SimCard to be provided by customer).
Alternatively to the 4G LTE connection (AT&T and T-Mobile compatible), the B⋮CONNECT Gateway can also be connected to the boat internet (for example, satellite or the marina wi-fi) via the boat network switch or router.
When no internet connection is available, the B⋮CONNECT will store up to 70 Mb of information in its internal data buffer, and transmit the saved data when the connection is reestablished.
The B⋮CONNECT can get the latitude/longitude information from its external GPS antenna or be connected to the boat NMEA Networks, through the Böning AHD-DPU 9 module.

To use B⋮CONNECT you do not have to install any software on the laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Access to the B⋮CONNECT portal via a secure connection, directly with a web browser. Following browsers are supported:

On mobile devices, it feels like a native app. B⋮CONNECT can be added to the start screen via the browser menu, on the smartphone or tablet. The B⋮CONNECT icon appears on the start screen and can be started comfortably.

For each value, user alerts can be configured individually. Automated emails or push notifications can be sent to smartphones and tablets. In addition, personalized voice mails and SMS notifications can be configured by alert activation.

B⋮CONNECT offers a free online editor that allows the user to set up how the data should be displayed on different devices.
In case the customer wants to have Böning designing the graphic pages, the Böning engineers will be happy to do so, for a small fee.
